About Green Team Partnership
Installers first, salespeople a distant second.
Green Team Partnership was founded in 2011 to get real renewable technology onto real roofs. Fourteen years later our own NAPIT and MCS certified team designs, installs and maintains solar PV, battery storage and carports from our Hexham headquarters, with systems running for the NHS, DHL, three councils and hundreds of businesses and homes across the North.

How we work
What working with GTP looks like.
-
In-house from survey to service
Design, structural checks, G99 applications, installation and maintenance: one team, no subcontracted roof crews.
-
Up-front pricing
Free surveyed estimates, itemised quotes, no hidden fees, and a 24-month workmanship warranty on every install.
-
Honest advice
If solar does not stack up for your roof, we say so. Fourteen years of repeat business is built on that, and it shows in the customer reviews.
-
Tender-grade on every job
The same NAPIT, MCS and CHAS standards we use for councils and the NHS apply whether the roof is a grain dryer, a warehouse or a house.
-
There for the long term
Systems we installed in 2015 are still on our maintenance books, monitored and performing.

Certification
Four certifications, and what each one buys you.
Certification is not decoration. Each of these is audited, renewable, and does a specific job for you: it makes your system eligible for export payments, satisfies your insurer, and gets us through public procurement. Read what each scheme actually does.
MCS Certified
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme audits how we design and install every system, and certifies the products we fit.
Makes your system eligible for export payments
NAPIT
Our electrical competence is assessed and our work inspected under the NAPIT scheme, covering every connection we make.
Certificated, insurable electrical work
RECC
The Renewable Energy Consumer Code sets the standard for how we quote, contract and deal with customers, backed by Trading Standards.
Consumer protection on your contract
CHAS
CHAS certification independently verifies our health, safety and compliance management to the standard main contractors require.
Pre-qualified for public sector tenders
Who we've worked with

Where we work
Hexham HQ, Northern reach.
We are North East based, working from First Floor, Burnfoot House, Hexham Business Park, Burn Lane, Hexham, and we install solar across the North of England and the South of Scotland. Most of our work sits within an hour of the Tyne, but we take on projects the length of the North.
… and the surrounding areas of each. Not on the list? Ask us anyway - if we can reach it, we will quote it.
